EDMR THERAPY
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is an effective psychotherapy method proven to help people recover from trauma and other distressing life experiences, including PTSD, anxiety, depression, and panic disorders without requiring a person to talk in detail about the distressing issue.

INDIVIDUAL counseling
We offer one-on-one counseling with one of our licensed clinicians to individuals presenting with problems such as depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, compassion fatigue and trauma, just to name a few. Sessions typically last from 45-60 minutes. This process involves a thorough assessment of symptoms, identifying goals and intervention. Treatment duration varies depending on the individual’s progress and needs.
